8. Limitations of Liability #

- You are responsible for backups and any actions taken using your account credentials
9. Legal Jurisdiction #
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
