These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Code Monkey Cybersecurity websites, products, and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts & Access #

When you create an account:

  • You’re responsible for safeguarding access (e.g. use strong passwords, 2FA)
  • You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect compromise
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts violating these Terms

Upon account termination, your data may be retained or purged per our Data Handling Policy.

6. Service Level & Support #

Our services are provided as-is, with no guaranteed uptime or support availability.

We use third-party infrastructure (e.g. Hetzner, Proton).


8. Limitations of Liability #

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, data loss, or third-party failures
  • You are responsible for backups and any actions taken using your account credentials

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.


10. Updates to These Terms #

We may revise these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
